Trent Concrete awarded fourth contract at Birmingham Business Park
Trent Concrete starts work this week on its fourth contract at Birmingham Business Park, working with the same professional team as on the three previous phases. Trent was appointed for this new office building under its preferred specialist contractor status with Carillion Building.
Trent's £255,000 contract covers the manufacture, supply and erection of 600 square metres of cladding to stair towers at either end of the building, and the manufacture and supply of window surrounds to be built into the brickwork on site. Both the cladding and window surrounds are in a buff-coloured reconstructed stone mix, with a combined deep and normal acid etched finish.
The project will benefit from the same team working together, enabling continuous improvement to be achieved from one contract to the next.
