Inner Leaf
Precast panels can be used to great advantage in terms of speed of construction and thermal capacity.
Inspection
Precast panels are inspected by clients and other team members prior to delivery. This gives certainty of quality.
Insulation
Insulation is frequently fixed to the back of panels in the factory where access is much easier. It also reduces work on site. (Also see Hardwall sandwich panels.)
Interface
Interface management is one of the most critical issues facing the construction industry. Various forms of partnering help greatly to reduce the implications.
Isolation
Separator washers are used to prevent dissimilar metals coming into contact, which could otherwise corrode.
