Environmental Policy
Pursuant to the provisions of the Environmental Act 1990, Trent Concrete Limited is committed to ensure that every effort will be made to minimise any adverse effects on the air, ground and water of the environment which may be caused by its undertaking.
In order to improve the environmental impact of its activities and to achieve its commitment to safeguarding the environment we will comply, as a minimum, with all current legislation.
Environmental performance will be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis with an aim to reduce waste and consumption of natural resources wherever possible. The Company will
co-operate in any investigations concerning hazardous emissions or incorrect disposal of hazardous waste.
We will provide the necessary resources and provide such information, instruction and training as is necessary to ensure the full implementation of this policy, and the Board of Directors will give full backing to all those committed to achieving the policy objectives.
We are committed to continuous improvement of its activities, which have an impact on the environment.
